OUR TEAM

Our culture is comprised of a diverse group of people, passionate about design, and passionate about building great places to work.

We collaborate as a dedicated team of Experience designers, architects, engineers, human-centred researchers, wayfinding analysts and business strategists to take on projects no other firm is capable of. Since its inception, we have sought out those people who not only can bring fresh ideas to the table, but build upon our positive culture already in place. While many try to imitate what we do, they can’t copy our culture, and that’s our secret sauce. This passion and culture flow into our work; now renowned for purposeful and carefully crafted design and strategies across a variety of project types and scales, from major cities, complex retail and transportation sites, to smaller spaces of quality, and intimate detail design. In all of our work, there is a special commitment to the design of vibrant and dynamic public spaces and a focus on creating exceptional human experiences.
