What has been the most memorable design challenge at LIMAH?
One of the most memorable challenges for me was working on a highly thematic theme park project, where an in-person client meeting quickly turned into a live design discussion. I was asked to sketch logo directions for different rides while responding to feedback from multiple stakeholders in the room. What made that moment special was the trust behind it. At LIMAH, we are encouraged to think openly, listen carefully, and draw on our expertise to make thoughtful decisions in the moment. For me, that balance of creativity, experience, and confidence is what helps us navigate complexity with clarity, while keeping the focus where it matters most, creating exceptional human experiences.
Gokul brings a rare combination of industrial precision and speculative thinking to his work as a Senior Experiential and Wayfinding Designer at LIMAH. Trained in Industrial Arts and Design Practices at the Design Academy Eindhoven, one of the world's most rigorous design schools, and having recently completed an MSc in Design Management with an Academic Distinction Award, his foundation spans the full arc from how objects are made to how systems are led. That breadth shows in his work. At LIMAH, he moves between wayfinding systems, spatial design and user experience, holding the technical and the conceptual in the same hand.
What drives Gokul is not just how a space functions, but what it means for the people inside it. He approaches every project through the social, cultural, and ethical dimensions of design, asking not only whether something works, but whether it matters. His expertise across industrial design, graphic design, futures thinking, and team management makes him a designer who operates at multiple scales simultaneously, from the detail of a single element to the logic of an entire environment.
