Since 2007, LIMAH has helped shape how people experience, understand and move through some of the world’s most complex built environments.

We work at the intersection of architecture, human behaviour, strategy, public art, technology and wayfinding to create places that are easier to navigate, more meaningful to remember and more valuable to use.

Our role is not to add a layer of signage at the end of a project. Our role is to help clients and design teams create environments that reduce uncertainty, improve movement, strengthen identity and deliver exceptional human experiences from the very beginning.

Great places are not experienced in separate layers. A person moves through architecture, landscape, lighting, signage, public art, digital touchpoints and operational moments as one connected journey. LIMAH designs that journey, making complex environments easier to understand, navigate, remember and trust.

Our Founder's Vision

LIMAH was founded by Jason Lewis with a clear belief: wayfinding should never be treated as a graphic design exercise or a signage package added at the end of a project.

From the beginning, Jason saw an opportunity to transform basic wayfinding practice into a deeper professional discipline, one that combined user behaviour, spatial logic, environmental design, technical coordination and
human experience.

That vision helped LIMAH move beyond the traditional limits of signage and establish a more holistic approach to built environment experience design. Today, our work continues to challenge outdated industry thinking and set new standards for how places are planned, understood, navigated and remembered.

OUR DIVERSE TEAM

LIMAH brings together a multidisciplinary team of strategists, wayfinding specialists, architects, industrial designers, information designers, researchers, engineers, public art specialists, graphic artists and technical delivery experts.

This diversity allows us to see built environments from every angle: how people arrive, how they decide, how they move, how they feel, what they remember and where confusion begins.

Together, we design the complete experience of a place, from strategy and spatial logic to navigation systems, public art, digital touchpoints, environmental graphics, technical documentation and long-term governance.
