What is the most unique thing about the culture at LIMAH?
At LIMAH, employee wellbeing, inclusion, and appreciation are the foundation of our culture. This is reflected in our strong focus on creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning. We celebrate achievements as a team and organize regular initiatives through our Cultural Committee to strengthen relationships and embrace the diversity of our team, which represents more than 10 nationalities.
As LIMAH's Head of People and Culture, she arrived with a clear question: what does it actually feel like to work here, and how do we design that with the same intention we bring to every space?
With hands-on experience working across diverse teams and industries, from corporate environments to fast-paced startups, she set LIMAH's HR standards from the ground up, developing talent frameworks that reflect the studio's values and driving cultural transformation and organisational development.
Reporting directly to the CEO, she advises senior leadership on culture, growth, and the conditions that allow exceptional work to happen. Because the most important experience LIMAH designs is the one its own people live every day.
